WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Legal Data Resource Center (LDRC) Documents Coordinator is responsible for coordinating legal land/water protection documentation, which includes TNC's corporate files for protection activity and the LDRC land protection filing system and archiving processes. They are responsible for maintaining the Legal Link file tracking database, including data entry and reporting. They work with Legal Resource offices to ensure all documents are sent to LDRC in a timely manner. They maintain LDRC physical and electronic files for projects and transactions. They assist TNC's Arlington Office, Legal Resource Office, and Business Unit staff with document retrieval and questions pertaining to land/water protection documents and files. They also function as Office Coordinator for LDRC and as such coordinate the purchase of supplies and equipment, may perform accounts payable functions, schedule and coordinate logistics for special events and meetings, and coordinate mail distribution. The Documents Coordinator also works with the Legal Operations HR Coordinator regarding HR matters involving interns, volunteers, and temporary employees. They perform Information Technology liaison duties, including interfacing with IT staff and troubleshooting computer and printer problems for LDRC. The Documents Coordinator assists with the recruitment and training of program volunteers and interns and coordinates the activities of volunteers and interns. They also provide training for temporary staff. Responsibilities include access to and management of highly confidential information.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and collaboration skills and experience with managing files and administrative processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing mission of conservation by supporting the Legal department and Conservancy business units across the globe with managing conservation data!
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination. Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading. Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines. Experience performing one or more administrative processes. Able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs. on occasion, and Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experiences are appreciated. Ability to analyze information for the purpose of preparing reports, coordinating activities, and solving problems. Database skills, including managing and tracking data, and producing reports. Excellent customer service skills and focus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
