WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA) will provide a full range of administrative and/or program support to the Legal Latin America/Caribbean (LAC) and Corporate Services (CS) Teams. The LAA will perform various administrative tasks, including some or all the following: sorting and distributing mail and email inboxes, organizing and maintaining files, inventory tracking, purchasing, systems management and programmatic support. They may handle domestic and international travel arrangements and/or team calendars. The LAA will schedule and coordinate logistics of meetings and may assist with the coordination of special events. They may communicate on behalf of the supervisor with internal and external sources, including staff, partners, government officials and donors. They may handle inquiries about program activities and assist in the development of program materials and correspondence. They will use available systems and resources to maintain and track data and produce reports as needed. They will provide other staff with information they need to make decisions and solve problems. They will have frequent interaction with staff throughout the program and in other Conservancy offices, and with vendors.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Associates Degree plus 1-year experience or equivalent combination. Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines. Experience providing administrative support. Standard business communications experience. Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people. Experience writing, editing, and proofreading written materials. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese. Multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience. Ability to analyze available information and problem solve. Experience with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, MS Teams). Interest in working with cross-functional teams.
