The Sales Enablement Specialist (SES) is responsible for executing region-specific sales enablement programs across Moody's Analytics systems and processes. As an innovative, highly-skilled communicator, the SES will maintain and deliver application training for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and field sales teams and continually engage with senior management to assess needs and deliver solutions. The SES will support various platforms and tools that comprise our tech stack and have the ability to implement and troubleshoot these applications, while training and enforcing best practices with our sales teams. The SES may become an individual Project Manager, supporting specific ad-hoc projects throughout the year. SES's will work in close collaboration with multiple global teams including Sales, Global Sales Enablement counterparts, Sales Development, Sales Operations and Marketing . The SES will support standardized reporting and analysis for Sales management to provide actionable insight on key Sales performance metrics. Support a robust sales tech stack including managing user changes, being the point of contact with vendors, training internal end users, enforcing best practices, running weekly reports and analysis.Manage and execute projects focused on automating or improving efficiency across the lead-to-cash process Engage and provide input to key stakeholders including senior management to implement improvements focused on efficiency, automation, or simplification for Sales.Collaborate with Business Systems team to improve and enhance the functionality of Salesforce.com and other sales applications. Monitor, test, and improve system performance on an ongoing basis Act as an advocate for Sales by regularly communicating with each department on both a formal and informal basis using surveys and interviews to determine priorities, current challenges, and support senior management decisions related to strategic direction. Monitor technology developments and research industry trends to explore, test, and recommend new concepts, approaches and capabilities Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree). Minimum of 4 years working in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales or related field, preferably within the Financial Services industry is required. Experience working with a broad Sales tech stack, including but not limited to CRM applications, call cadence platforms, and prospecting tools. Experience training and enforcing best practices with Sales teams and understanding various sales functions Prior experience creating compelling and effective sales assets (e.g., playbooks, quick reference cards, eLearning, first call decks, presentations, etc.) is preferred.Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentSkilled at active listening. Able to independently translate general feedback or broad visions from the field into actionable, structured plans with measurable metrics.Strong teamwork and demonstrated leadership skills. Highly responsive and proactive in issue resolution and communication across numerous stakeholders. Highly self-motivated and results-driven. Able to manage projects, complete assignments, and resolve issues proactively without oversight or direction.Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build relationships at all levels and across different departments or teams. Demonstrates good judgment and strong critical and creative thinking skills in problem-solving and issue resolution. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
