The Associate Director, Product Consultant is a key member of the Risk & Finance group within the Banking OU. This individual will focus on investment portfolio analytics within Moody's Analytics banking solution offerings that include Asset Liability Management (ALM), Liquidity, Capital Planning and Stress Testing, and Funds Transfer Pricing.In this role, you will facilitate product development and client adoption of our products by partnering with clients and colleagues to successfully design, prototype, test, and validate our Balance Sheet Management solutions. You will be the subject matter expert and the trusted advisor for Moody's clients, working with a highly innovative, energetic, and collaborative team. REMOTE work for those residing in the United States.This key member would:Participate in and/or lead banking solutions development related to investment portfolio analyticsParticipate in and/or lead requirements and design workshops to understand and incorporate customers' needs into the Moody's Analytics Banking platformConduct solution training and educational sessionsWork with the implementation team to streamline and standardize delivery to clientsWork with internal and external partners to ensure strong linkages and reasonable price models for securities data and market information integrationDemonstrate subject matter expertise and provide thought leadership as they relate to Moody's Analytics Banking solution offerings. Help develop a strategic vision. Publish articles, whitepapers and participate in external webinars to increase market awareness of Moody's solutions.Participate in and/or lead product integration effortsAssist sales by responding to RFPs, designing solutions and participating in customer facing sales meetingsInteract closely with other teams such as sales, advisory, research, and engineering to investigate and resolve issues, and define product features, strategy, and roadmap Minimum bachelor's degree required5+ years of experience in the Banking industry, preferably in a functional fixed income investment, treasury or capital markets role. Experience with and ability to explain proper uses of portfolio metrics such as duration, convexity, and other "Greeks"Experience with banking investment portfolio management principles and restrictionsALM, Liquidity, and Funds Transfer Pricing knowledge is a plus.Understanding of Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL), especially as it relates to investments, is a plusTechnical proficiency with Excel and database conceptsStrong presentation, teamwork and communication skillsBackground in servicing external customers and building customer relationshipsProcess improvement, ability to clearly explain options and provide recommendationsStrong partnership and collaboration skills across stakeholder teams including Sales, Delivery, Product Management and Technology teamsFluency in English. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
