We are seeking for an experienced Senior Integration Architect & Lead Developer with in-depth knowledge in Enterprise Application Integrations, expert level knowledge of MuleSoft and hands-on API development experience to join our Enterprise Solutions Architecture team. In this role, you will be accountable and responsible for API-led architecture, hands-on build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, of integration solutions for various enterprise business applications (HR/People Systems, Finance, Sales and IT systems) and digital transformation initiatives. The integration architect plays a key role in partnering with business stakeholders, creates high level design artifacts, align to enterprise design patterns, deliver high quality integration solutions, oversee development activities and operationalization.The Senior Integration Architect & Lead Developer role will be a part of the Moody's Enterprise Solutions Architecture team and will have several key responsibilities:* Accountable to analyze, transform business needs into technical designs for scalable and resilient integration solutions.* Provide technology and design thought leadership to internal and vendor teams.* Experience in leading development teams to ensure developing integrations within established design, architecture and coding/technology standards and framework.* Assume primary ownership for assigned projects and work with various technology communities to achieve project objectives. * Acts as a primary contact with business stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements, elaborate impacts, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and keeping them informed and engaged throughout the entire development lifecycle.* Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills with focus on Team Delivery along with maturity in dealing with all levels of business and IT leadership.* Ability to lead multiple efforts across projects to deliver high quality integration solutions.* Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring proper coding, conformance to standards and best practices, including performance, reliability, scalability, extensibility and high quality.* Ensure the technical deliverables meet all applicable internal standards regarding application design, testing, quality and security.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate both technical and non-technical content clearly and succinctly to multiple audiences.Candidates are expected to demonstrate experience in each of the above responsibilities and focus areas, with the following specific qualifications:* BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Statistics or related technical field required.* 10+ years of software development experience with extensive integration experience in ESB / iPaaS tools like MuleSoft 4.x or similar tools.* 5+ years of architecture & development experience using MuleSoft suite of products - Anypoint Platform, Design Center, Connectors, Exchange, Runtime manager and API Management tools.* Strong technical knowledge and work experience in implementing integrations with Web services / SOAP / RESTful / file based integration patterns and use of different Mule connectors (File, Http/Https, EDI, SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce, SAP Connector etc.)* Experience of API Services, Pub-Sub models/Asynchronous messaging architecture and Real Time Integrations.* Experience in Java, DataWeave, JSON and RAML is required in a cloud or hybrid architecture platform.* Business process knowledge and work experience with ERP / Cloud systems within HCM, Finance and CRM domains.* Experience with DevOps culture and working knowledge in tools such as Maven, GitHub and Jenkins for CI/CD.* Participate in technology evaluation and adoption efforts including delivering proof-of-concept to demonstrate feasibility.* Knowledge of integration design patterns for building middleware systems from grounds up including, security models, encryption, routing, transformations, error handling, logging, and testing frameworks.* Working experience on Agile methodology and familiar with tools (JIRA) and understanding of SDLC processes.* Good communication skills, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Ownership, motivation and passion* Understanding of SOX controls and designing solutions that complies with Audit and Enterprise Architecture.PreferredCandidates should also have experience with the following specific technologies:* Certified MuleSoft Integration Architect or MuleSoft Developer would be a huge plus!* Experience with Java, SQL, Web Services and message queues (JMS)* Experience in Agile and SCRUM development techniques* Working experience in Financial Services industry is a plus * Having expertise in implementing global, large distributed systems is considered an assetTechnology Services Group - HR Communications DeliveryMoody's is an equal opportunity employer. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
