Job Title:Senior Network Engineer Overview:Overview* Develops new and modifies existing WAN networks in support of Private Line, Internet MPLS and Cloud Data Center connectivity requirements.* Advises the business on priorities for WAN network implementation.* Manages Carrier network infrastructure to ensure security, availability, recoverability, performance, integrity, and supportability.Responsibilities* Manages circuit order requests (ordering & fulfilment) for Mastercard Corporate and Data Center sites * Reviews and evaluates circuit order request requirements from the stakeholders * Ensures and assesses circuit diversity and costs based on the given requirements and quotations provided by circuit vendors * Serves as a point of escalation, resolving problems of diverse scopes where analysis of the situation requires in-depth evaluation and judgement.* Manage internal and external coordination to implement circuit activities related to the order requests in a timely basis.* Act as liaison for all interested parties including the business unit, end user, carrier, technical and sourcing team.* Mentors junior staff by providing training to develop technical skills and capabilities across the team* Provides weekly updates to management regarding circuit order requests being handled* Ensure and manages the FFIEC-related site visits for Americas and Europe regionExperiences* Experience building collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners across technology domains* Experience managing components of larger projects for a network domain initiative and develops an understanding of the importance of global consistencyPDN-993b3a7b-2df0-4358-8806-91dd111800f2
