This role reports into the Enterprise Strategy team.Mastercard Transfer Solutions enables our partner organizations to move money and data quickly and securely domestically and internationally. We provide our customers - including financial institutions - with the ability to offer end users enhanced speed, choice and security, making transfers more efficient, predictable and transparent and enabling near real-time payments using Mastercard's network which allows payments to be made between cards, bank accounts, digital wallets as well as cash. Role* Lead strategic assessment of domestic and cross-border disbursement use cases including domestic P2P, marketplace, payroll and pension, insurance, etc., that feed into the growth strategy of the Transfer Solutions business unit* Conduct fact-based analysis of opportunity size, market trends, competition, customer needs, and new product developments. Scope and lead research to develop a thorough understanding of the use case.* Understand gaps in current offering and roadmap capabilities required for a minimum viable product to a full-scale product. Build a view on organic and inorganic means to fill capabilities gap.* Provide support in possible inorganic transactions from investigation to due diligence process* Synthesize findings, insights, and recommendations in a compelling manner to generate appropriate strategic dialog and discussion among stakeholdersAll About YouThe ideal candidate for this position should: * Be a strategic thinker with prior experience analyzing market research, drawing insights, and building compelling narratives* Have 5+ years of experience in payments or in fintech, prior in-depth experience in the push payment space is a must* Should be familiar with B2P disbursements * Should have at least an undergraduate degree, ideally in Business Management, MBA preferred Corporate Security ResponsibilityEvery person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security.
