Global Marketing at FactSet focuses on driving awareness and demand for FactSet's current and future solutions in support of company revenue goals. All along the customers' buying journey through retention, we partner with our business units, sales teams, and technology stakeholders to execute go-to-market strategies, deliver robust marketing programs, and produce compelling content that attracts, engages, and converts qualified prospects and retains customers.We're hiring an energetic, organized Marketing Program Manager to join our Global Marketing Programs team. The Marketing Program Manager will work closely with Marketing leadership, Sales, and Product to develop marketing strategy and programs that drive awareness and leads for our digital platform and solutions. The ideal candidate is a creative, natural problem solver who is a results-driven marketing professional with basic-level knowledge of marketing tactics and digital channels. Responsibilities:Partner with internal stakeholders to build and develop high-ROI marketing plans to promote FactSet's solutions with the goals of building awareness, driving leads, and influencing closed revenue.Establish and implement a strategic marketing plan to drive pre-sales activities through initiatives that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads for new business and same store sales. Create and manage execution of compelling campaigns, content, and events applying a multi-channel approach by leveraging marketing automation, social media, and other digital channels.Manage and/or mentor junior members of the team. Ensure Marketing Specialists are developed, follow best practices, and become strong contributors. Increase team's skills.Monitor, optimize, and report on effectiveness of campaigns, projects, and tactics.Develop a clear understanding of FactSet's data and solutions across a specific workflow and persona in his/her/their assigned focus area(s).Manage relationships with external vendors, event organizers, and industry partners and represent FactSet appropriately. Qualifications:4-6 years of related B2B Marketing experienceParticipation in successful marketing pipeline generation, including campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.Entry-level knowledge of FactSet solutions and target firm types/personasWorking knowledge of martech such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Go-To-Webinar, On24 and Kapost and/or working towards certifications is a major plus.Experience with digital channels including paid social mediaHighly organized, detail-orientated, and self-motivatedExcellent communication skills, including writing and presentation, and demonstrated professionalismMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureWhat's In It For You:Flexible work accommodations.
