To learn more, check out SummaryAs a Full stack Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and designing software and web applications. You will analyze, test, and assist with the integration of new applications. You will oversee the documentation of all development activity. You'll train non-technical personnel. You'll assist with tracking performance metrics. You will integrate knowledge of business and functional priorities and act as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. You will also be working on our next generation data exchange platform.Job DescriptionPossess and display in-depth knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills, and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.Possess extensive experience in the design and development of complex applications.Seek out opportunities to tweak areas of the code base to improve efficiency and performance, maintainability, and/or flexibility of the design.Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements.Collaborate with the development team to design and deliver high performing applications, which meet organizational needs.Lead technical discussions; collaborate with team members to identify the most effective solutions to technical problems.Analyze and resolve technical and application problems. Presents and defends architectural, design, and technical choices to internal audiences.Work closely with software developers to design, develop, test, configure and maintain existing and new software platforms.Package and support deployment of software releases in a timely manner and work with QualityAssurance team to ensure that the application fits specification and technical requirements.Organize and participate in peer-reviews and provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.Participate in training representatives and operations staff on internally developed software applications.Efficient in the analysis & troubleshooting for production issues & code deployment activity.Research, write and edit technical documentation, including but not limited to software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals and formal recommendations and reports.Monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products. Reviews literature, patents, and current practices relevant to the solution of assigned projects.Communicate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams - developers, software quality analysts, and appropriate stakeholder.Displays knowledge of, and ability to apply, project management skills.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Minimum QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in UI development using JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS and other user interface development skills.Experience with Vue.JS or React JS or AngularJS a must.Working experience with UI components and visualization frameworks.Experience working with JSON, Restful API, and data transformation.Experience working with Java, Spring Boot and Python.Experience working in Azure or AWS.Experience with debugging complex client-side applications across different devices.Working experience with both server side and front-end caching technologies.Experience working with Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ and GIT in Linux environment.Familiarity with both commercial off-the-shelf and open-source technologies.Experience with SSO/MFA and role-based access control a plus.Exposure to Agile (TDD) methodology; Jira and Confluence a plusExperience with GraphAPI and MAP API a plus.Experience with Containers and Kubernetes a plus.Experience with Cyprus or selenium automation tools a plus.Experience in designing websites in compliance with accessibility standards.Prototyping tools experience preferred.
