The MA&R field excellence lead supports flawless execution against the strategic objectives of customer facing MA&R field teams. This role reports to the head of field excellence and operations and collaborates with the MA&R business unit to optimize, represent and enable field based employees. The key goal of this position is to prioritize and support operational activities needed to support MA&R field teams.
What You'll Do
* Main point of contact between CE&O and MA&R operational and field functions
* Triage operational issues such as coordinating with field operations team to ensure RADs/NADs have access to tools and platforms, working with RADs to follow-up on formulary changes/corrections to MMIT, liaising with D&A/IT on issues in Veeva, Qlik or PowerBI
* Align field team with business unit strategic objectives through operational initiatives, leadership reporting and executional expectation setting
* Understand adoption of HQ strategy to help the business unit and field leaders be more effective and prioritize the workstreams and operational tools that will have the largest potential impact
* Coordinate brand execution to support market access opportunities and vice versa
* Collaborate with incentive compensation (IC) team to align business unit strategy and field compensation (base incentives and contests) IC
* Represent and appropriately prioritize the needs of the business unit to internal operations and data teams
* Support and strengthen inter-company operational relationships
* Support the development and regular reporting of MA&R field operational scorecardsWho You Are

* 7+ years of industry experience
* Operational experience working with a large number of stakeholders on firm deadlines
* Commercial biotech/pharma experience
* Executive presence with experience presenting to VP+ stakeholders
* Detail oriented with a history of bringing projects to completion
* Excel fluency
* Bachelor's Degree Additional InformationThe base compensation range for this role is $134,400 to $223,800. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, job related years of relevant experience, internal equity, and location of the job. Additionally, this role is eligible for participation in Biogen's LTI grants and other incentive programs.
