ENTRY LEVEL!! Night Shift $17.00 + $2.00 Shift Differential and $1.00 of Attendance Differential!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



  • Work closely with Lead, Operator and department team

  • Follow work instruction to minimize poor breakout, improve edge quality, and ensure safe glass handling

  • Breakout glass based on the job specification

  • Sort and inspect glass based on the job specification

  • Separate and organizes glass on harp racks/A-frames

  • Load glass on proper harp racks/A-frames to be transported to other departments

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Organize work load to maximize productivity

  • Inspect and maintain proper stacking of glass

  • Perform any other job assigned as needed

  • Use proper PPE


Requirements



  • Must at least be 18 years old

  • Able to work in a team environment

  • Detail-oriented

  • Manual lifting requirements 75 lbs on a regular basis

  • At least one year of previous work experience in a fast-paced warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, preferred


Physical Requirements



  • Ability to lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently

  • Able to grip and carry thin material, such as glass

  • Able to walk/stand on a concrete floor for regular work shift (approx. 8-12 hrs a day, 5-6 days/week)

  • Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. frequently

  • Ability to work in varied temperatures consistent with the same climate conditions of the region in a non-climate-controlled facility (Heat, Cold, humidity, etc.)
