- Experience with leading audits

We are growing company in the Oil and Gas industry and are looking for a strategic and self-sufficient Controller to join our leadership team. We are a small firm who has experienced significant growth in the last few years; with revenues north of $100 Million and climbing. What You Will Be Doing The controller will be responsible for implementing system changes, making sure back office systems are in place and are efficient, in addition to typical controller duties (managing a team, overseeing payroll, AR/AP, etc.). In this role, you should be able lead ERP implementations and system implementations, write tax disclosures, lead audits and be fully proficient in the accounting needs in the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in working for a smaller organization, will welcome change, have a spirit of flexibility, and will be self- sufficient.
What You Need for this Position *Requirements: *
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller
- Experience with ERP Implementations
- Experience with writing tax disclosures
- Experience leading audits
- Proficient with Oil and Gas industry requirements/ regulations

*Bonus Skills: *
- CPA preferred
