Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition intern will support the CVI Global Internship program with specific tasks as well as the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition in TA strategy planning.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Co-lead the 2023 Internship Program. This includes event planning/coordination, manager and HR communications, leadership to other intern program participants and end-of-internship presentations with guidance from the HR managers.
Work daily with Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition on strategy development for Talent Acquisition including:
Research and data input for college networking/recruitment program
Research and data input for relevant professional organizations for recruiting events that can support the TA and I&D strategy
Regionalize CVI’s employer value proposition and draft launch strategy and communication plan
Support CVI’s VP of HR on communication campaign for Performance Management
Partner with Global Talent Intern on interview training documents
Other tasks and duties as assigned based on capacity
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Intermediate skill in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced preferred.
Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill set.
Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with diverse populations.
Familiarity with various social media platforms and job boards such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Instagram, Facebook & Twitter.
Professional demeanor.
Work Environment:
As business needs dictate, may work extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory overtime.
