Star Roofing - is looking for a Commercial Project Manager. The main objective of this role is to stay in close contact with the production manager and the superintendents to ensure that all communities are being completed on time, on budget, communicated at the highest standard both internally and externally, and closed out per company procedures. . This role is supported by a staff included of superintendents, admin, purchasing, etc. Persons considering this opening must be able to multitask, delegate, and manage a high volume of calls, emails, texts, etc. This role would require great communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferably) have abilities to work on multiple forms of technology platforms.

Manage and keep track report tool up to date at all timesKeep schedule up to dateForecast/track new homes coming up on monthly basisKeep track of crew locationsMain source of contact both internal and externalRelay communications to appropriate personnel internal and externalManagement of payrate changesManage delivery shorts/windows/overages/backoffsKeep live bone yard inventoryVerify delivery counts via superintendent teamManage QAs and recordablesContribute to and grow overall safety cultureComply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and clean work environmentConduct all business in accordance with established policies and proceduresSupport and abide by the values of the company
