The purpose of the Executive Support Manager role is to provide the highest level of proactive and efficient support to the Regional President for Royal Canin North America, VP P&O, and VP Finance and provide Line Manager support to other Executive Assistants in the business. The incumbent must have a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, foresight and the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and peers.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree or a combination of equivalent academic & work experience
A minimum of 5-7 years executive level administrative expertise in a fast-paced business environment
Excellent organization and analytical skills
Excellent technical skills and fluent with Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Concur
2+ years directly managing event strategy and execution
What will be your key responsibilities?
Actively manage/maintain electronic calendars and arrange telephone/video conferences, meetings, and other appointments as requested while prioritizing key stakeholders and requests.
Plan & execute complex, detailed travel itineraries including all transportation, lodging, obtaining all necessary visas & travel documents.
Plan executive events including contracting hotels, ground transportation, meeting facilities, caterers, restaurants, etc.
Collate and organize the submission of expense reports through Concur.
Provide Line Manager duties to the other Executive Assistants in the business
Proactively identify strategies to grow and develop Associates, including cross-segment partnership and collaboration
Additional duties as requested
