We're an established digital media company that assists well-established/well-known brands with B2B & B2C digital and integrating marketing strategies.
Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to report to our VP of Production and work on a project management team of about 5 members.

This position is hybrid-remote, on-site near Laural, MD.
What You Will Be Doing - Deliver high-quality, profitable work through process and resource management
- Main project workflow of up to 100 unique, short & long-term projects, simultaneously
- Focus on scheduling, securing specifications, and assigning resources necessary to execute a variety of traditional and digital projects
- Prioritize workload and recommend process changes, as needed
- Advocate for the agency's campaigns
- Collaborate with the digital and creative departments to oversee design, development, and the production process from start to finish
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years of agency or in-house marketing project management experience
- Knowledge of Websites, Branding, Media Buying, and Traditional Marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in design, management, or a related field
- Experience with PM Software, Workamajig, or something similar
- Knowledge of current web trends and technologies
- Knowledge of content management systems like Umbraco, WordPress, and Drupal
- Digital knowledge of user interface (UI) design and development
- Clear presentation of project plans, schedules, issues, risks, and requirements to appropriate team members
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability in managing multiple, concurrent projects against aggressive timelines
- Ability to work under time constraints in a fast-paced, high-volume, multitasking environment
