Front Office Manager

Become part of the first Raffles hotel in the Americas. Help launch the brand and re-define luxury hospitality in the heart of Boston's Back Bay. Be an ambassador for the brand and your hotel where you will utilize your passion for hospitality and guest service to ensure an engaged team, consistent guest satisfaction and outstanding operating results.

You will be doing:

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service, ensuring the Raffles brand positioning, personality, service culture and values are personified at all times.
  • Lead and mentor and trainthe front officeteam ensuring all brand, service, compliance and department standards & procedures are followed.
  • Lead and support the departmentin achievement of their financial and operational targets through establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy and procedural implementation.
  • Knowledgeable with all front officetasks & procedures and have them done accurately and consistently.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Minimum 3years hospitality experience
  • Front officeoperations experience required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to be flexible with hours, days off, assignments and additional duties.
