Job Description

Administrative Assistant – Office of Juvenile Affairs / Information Technology Department

Skills:  At least 2 years' experience in administrative work in a technology environment using Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Power Point.

Managing account(s) for 200+ assigned cell phones including monitoring activity, adding/suspending and deleting accounts. Assisting staff with standard setup of iphone based upon state standards (instructions). Assisting in managing hardware inventory consisting of 500+ computers, laptops and other IT related devices. Create / Print / distribute agency identification badges and business cards. Attend meetings as needed to record minutes, attendance. Enter/Update/Delete user ID accounts into agency applications as needed.

Special requirements:

Must be able to pass background check and FBI fingerprints?
