The Global Risk Management (GRM) team stewards the placement of our global insurance programs working with world class brokers and insurance markets across the globe. Our team is looking for a Global Property Risk Management Analyst to assist in elevating these insurance programs and the full suite of services offered by GRM to Kimberly-Clark affiliates around the world. This role will report to the Global Property Risk Manager but will support all aspects of the GRM department to prove risk management strategies and facilitate best in class risk transfer solutions. Collaboration within Kimberly-Clark's Finance function is required as well as across all other major functions, including Human resources, Legal, Supply Chain, Business Development, and more!

In this role, you will:


  • Assist in implementing property risk management strategies that allow Kimberly-Clark to efficiently self-assume, transfer, or otherwise finance exposures


  • Help drive enterprise risk management strategies to identify, evaluate and mitigate exposures to reinforce Kimberly-Clark's best in class loss prevention programs


  • Support the GRM team in collection, analysis, and reporting of all property underwriting information to drive best in class risk transfer program renewals


  • Create loss prevention reports and dashboards, leveraging data from Risk Engineering Partners system, to help inform leadership teams of greatest facility and equipment deficiencies


  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders as well as key external insurance and loss prevention related partners to maintain Kimberly-Clark's risk transfer programs and meet the needs of customer


  • Collaborate with GRM to ensure Kimberly-Clark’s captive, Ridgeway Insurance Company, operational and financial reporting activities are completed annually


  • Provide support to internal and external groups to maintain Kimberly-Clark’s risk transfer programs and meet the needs of customer


  • Steward claims management support across all lines of coverage and provide support to the GRM team in pursuing fair outcomes for all notified claims


  • Support Global Risk Management Team Leaders on ad hoc initiatives, which may include but are not limited to business continuity, enterprise risk management, non-property insurance renewals, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant financial, risk management, business, or related/equivalent experience. CPCU, ARM, AIC, CIC, CRM and/or other insurance designations are a plus


  • Strong analytical and modeling skills


  • Self-motivated, solid organization and detail orientation with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads


  • Ability to make the complex simple through continuous improvement


  • Ability to manage and adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment


  • Robust relationship and communication abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders


  • Strong ability with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI)
