The Business Transformation Project Manager (Americas) role is responsible to the Business Transformation (BT) Global Program Leader for the successful roll-in of countries within the Dematic Americas region as well as supporting all aspects of the global BT Program.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000-$166,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
Work with the local business deployment teams to ensure the successful implementation of the global business transformation project
Coordinate the management of priorities within Americas for the various roll-in phases
Coordinate local business resource planning for waves/countries
Conduct regular monitoring of program roll-in progress
Represent Global Program Leader in BT leadership and status meetings and prepare input for these events
Support the design and implementation of a global process governance framework
Support management of relationship between global, regional, and country leadership
Provide support in all areas to the Global Program Leader.
Lead without authority.
What We are Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree and PMP certification is preferred.
5+ years of progressive project management and project execution experience.
Competence with Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira & Signavio
Proven experience delivering large scale, enterprise or transformation projects.
Experience leading a large-scale change management initiative.
Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders including senior internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated the ability to lead through influence.
Demonstrated outstanding team building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers / silos.
Effective skills in communicating project-related status and issues to executives
Understanding of Dematic and KION business priorities
Ability to leverage/form strong network within Dematic and KION
Ability to travel both within USA and internationally (10%)
