Summary:
The Titleist Gear team is looking for an MBA intern to support the Strategic Planning and Leadership Team on key designated projects summarized below (subject to change):
1) Global Gear Strategic Plan: Support the 2023-2025 Strategic Business Planning Process that implements best practices tools and trendsetting strategy to deliver financial and business planning accuracy across Revenues, Gross Margin, Units and Average Net Sell Price. Work under the guidance of the Sales and Strategic Planning Manager and Gear Leadership Team to ensure relevant data across the various departments to assist business evaluation and guidance on a 3 year, annual, quarterly and monthly basis.
2) B2B / D2C Strategic Plans: Support the development and implementation of a 3-year B2B and D2C Strategic Plan for stock and custom Gear leveraging advancing digital platforms and capabilities.
3) WW Market Size Model: Work with global markets to review and adjust the market size of global markets and present a summary of key findings to Gear Leadership.
4) Gear Reporting & Analysis: Review, consolidate and update the Gear Reporting Metrics and Processes. Contribute to and support decision making on critical priorities through the development of strategic position utilizing insight developed through informational analysis across key US and global sales.

Passion for strategic analysis, digital marketing, supply-chain innovation and product creation
An eagerness to learn, and natural curiosity
Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment with high business acumen
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Avid golfer or experience/familiarity with golf a plus

Titleist Gear is located in Fairhaven, MA (car travel required)
8a - 5p, Monday - Friday
Reports to Global Strategy & Planning
Expected Experience Outcomes:
After successful completion of the internship, the student will have the opportunity to present to Gear leadership the strategies and executions taken on the various projects.
