Job Summary

Flagstar Bank is looking for an intern to join our Escrow-Tax Operations team over the summer. As a Flagstar Intern you will have the opportunity to learn the daily functions and operations of our Escrow-Tax Operations department. During this time, you will interact with team members and leaders to gain real-world experience by working alongside our team to learn our processes and improve efficiencies while expanding on the core concepts introduced throughout your college classes. Throughout your internship you will participate in multiple engagement sessions designed to enhance your career outlook, communication skills, and business knowledge.


Pay Range: Local Minimum Wage - $15.13 - $19.49



Job Responsibilities:



Complete daily tasks relating to property taxes.


Review and clear items on exception reports.


Review/respond to emails, including shared email inbox.


Perform other duties as assigned.



Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent Required


• Current college/university student or recent graduate pursing a major in Finance, Economics or Accounting


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills.


• Ability to work quickly and multi-task


• Ability to meet deadlines


• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Reliable Home High Speed Internet required
