Responsible for supporting and monitoring the Project Quality Management Plan in terms of technical output and buy-off. The PQL works in full cooperation with the Project Team and specifically the Project Manager to define the Project Quality Plan. Is the single point of contact for Quality, both internally and externally if necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities
Main areas of responsibilities are:
Support Project Team in the definition of a Quality deliverables.
Develop Project Quality Control Plan working with the Project Team.
Support Project Team with Timeline development and monitoring in MSPO.
Manage the application of Quality Control Plan.
Develop Quality budget at Baseline approval (M1020).
Develop and regular monitoring of Estimate To Complete (ETC) budget of the project.
Support project team with Milestone Gate Review process: milestone timeline management in MSPO, milestone documentation readiness and buy-in from all the parties.
Support Project Team with monthly executive platform reviews.
Approve Project Products internal and external buy-offs in collaboration with Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Project Management.
Coach and facilitate root cause analysis using Kaizen, 8Ds, 3L5Y, 5Y, Kepner-Tregoe, Six Sigma, Value Engineering, Lean Manufacturing.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend changes that improve the COMAU organization.
Support Non Conformity process.
Manage project "lessons learned" gathering and application.
