Job Description Summary
The Clinical Receptionist for Penn Dental Medicine's Woods campus will provide direct patient care and both clinical as well as student support.
The ideal candidate for a CLINICAL RECEPTIONIST with Penn Dental Medicine's clinical departments will provide superior patient-focused experiences supporting the delivery of high-quality care.
Professionally greet & assist patients at the front desk of assigned clinical department.
Consistently demonstrate concern and courtesy for colleagues and patients, following up with individuals to ensure satisfaction with the level of service expected.
Resolve patient inquiries and concerns and/or provide support in connecting patients to department or party who can provide resolution.
Review appointment schedule in support of maintaining productive & efficient patient flow.
Dedication to learning and professional development.

$15.79 - $22.76 Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
