Qualifications: Master's Degree required, doctorate preferred, ideally in a related discipline, plus two to three years of experience in a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The Associate Director of Data and Evaluation brings data experience and expertise, strong communication skills (oral and written), a proven ability to foster collaboration across multiple core teams, and the ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Must have an interest in exploring how to use data to model human behavior, to improve individual and team performance, and to solve problems in leadership and management education. Must be a life-long learner, enhancing abilities and expertise.

Deep knowledge of and experience using Qualtrics and other relevant survey tools;

Classical statistical background/training;

Familiarity with logic models;
Familiarity with database design and management (SQL Server/MySQL/etc.);
Familiarity with Python and Jupyter notebooks;
Expertise in data visualization including Power BI.
