Job Description Summary
Penn Racquet Sports is searching for a reliable, detail oriented, energetic front desk assistant for both Tennis and Squash Centers. Must be computer savvy with excellent customer service. Tennis or Squash knowledge is a plus yet not required. Position will work 15-30 hours per week. Morning and Midday shifts available.

Job Description


Responsibilities




  • Answering phone calls




  • Reserving courts, clinics, or private lessons on the schedule




  • Checking players in




  • Explaining our offerings & selling memberships




  • Collecting payments




  • Additional administrative tasks as needed




  • Ensure that the front desk area is kept clean and organized






Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required.
