Position Summary:



The Occupational Therapist - PRN provides evaluation, program planning and treatment of patients referred to Occupational Therapy. Provides documentation of the above and education to patients, families, hospital staff, and students. Participates in the enhancement of the profession, the facility, and one self by providing quality care, clinical research, and education. This ensures that all patients are helped to meet their maximum potential through the quality care and input to medical management provided by the Occupational Therapist, and that the therapist continues his or her professional growth and development and contribution to the Medical Center.



Education:



BS, MS or OTD degree in Occupational Therapy



Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:



Current MD State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.


AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required.



Work Experience:



2 years of acute care experience preferred
