Job Description:


Responsible for receipt, qualification, and processing of referrals received on-site from referral source. Ensure all data elements are present prior to processing. Exceed the expectations for customers and managers. Provide service to internal and external customers ensuring adequate information is received in a complete, courteous, and compliant manner. Respond to customer inquiries and follow through for completion. Complete distribution of equipment - including instruction for use and reimbursement for services rendered. Function as a liaison to sustain and grow services within designated facility.


Education:

• High School Diploma is required

Work Location:

• Washington, D.C.

Work Hours:

• Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Work Experience:

• One (1) year of customer service required; durable medical equipment knowledge preferred
• Experience in health care field, preferred
