The PCT / clinical associate maintains a collaborative relationship with the RN and other members of the multidisciplinary health care team. Under the direction of a RN, works as an associate with advanced training in specific clinical skills/competencies on the health care team. Observes patients, provides skilled nursing care and maintains the patient environment in an outcome oriented, safe, therapeutic, compassionate and cost-effective manner. Duties and responsibilities are based on what serves the patients and the team at any given time and are determined in collaboration with the team leader.


Work Location: Washington D.C.


Full time Nights


7am - 7pm, with rotating weekends


MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


1.High school graduate or GED.
2.Current certification as CNA in the District of Columbia
3.Completion of Clinical Associate or Patient Care Technician training course or comparable training/job experience and ability to demonstrate needed skills - preferred
4.Current American Heart Association CPR Card
