The Sr. HR Systems Administrator will be responsible for development and support of data management of HR enterprise-wide systems and innovative reporting solutions in support of strategic human resource initiatives. The Sr. HR Systems Administrator will utilize expert knowledge, skills, and abilities to develop, distribute, and support human resources reports, as needed. As the ‘super user' for JHHSC Human Resources, the HR Systems Administrator is responsible for providing first line support and manage systems administration for all users of the HR systems. Provide high quality HR systems support across the organization, integrate the SAP system and data with all other HR systems, develop HR data accuracy and integrity with health system and department users, and produce regular management information.
This position will be responsible for managing larger HRIS projects and assisting others with managing smaller projects. This role will also develop and provide end-user support for all core HR systems, as well as continually improving global processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data. The Sr. HR Systems Administrator will work closely with teams such as IT, Finance, Payroll and various business groups to build and monitor data interfaces and provide employee data reports. Assists in the support of systems training to HR users through training team initiatives. Offers continued support and user development after first-time training. Assists in performance improvement projects that improve the use of systems functionality. Supports the additional coaching and support required by upgrades and adoption of new functionality, or new users. The HR Systems Administrator will be expected to provide excellent customer support for our client's SuccessFactors systems, as well as to perform routine maintenance and project support for systems.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Statistics, Information Technology or related field required.
Required Work Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of HR system administration, HR systems customer support or HR Information Systems experience required. Experience with SaaS system configuration, user administration and table maintenance including Security, Reporting, data loads, form routing, end-user troubleshooting, etc. is required. Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors or other similar HR ERP system is strongly preferred.
