Who you are: As the Vendor Relationship Administrator for Johns Hopkins HealthCare (“JHHC”), you are the go-to for managing day-to-day vendor relationships as well as special and on-going programs. Your comprehensive understanding of vendor relationship management makes you the perfect primary point of contact between the program and vendor stakeholders to facilitate communication, coordinate activities, and work with teams to ensure program requirements, quality improvement, and implementation activities meet JHHC standards.
What you'll do:
Manage day-to-day vendor relationships
Assist with coordination of activities, regulatory performance deadlines, and vendor reporting
Onboarding and off-boarding of vendors
Report our program performance to oversight committees
Monitor vendor contract obligations
Work with JHHC leadership to operationalize our performance of contractual obligations
Create and review performance dashboards for internal and external relationships
Serve as liaison between the program and other internal JHHC departments
What you'll bring:
5+ years' experience in vendor relationship management
Experience overseeing invoicing and budgeting for vendor relationships
Comprehensive understanding of vendor relationship management as well as the ability to read contracts, policies and procedures, analyze budgets, reconcile invoicing, create reporting, and manage reporting of vendor system failures
Requires high level of interpersonal skills and ability to analyze situations
Advanced MS Office computer skills
Word, Excel (pivot charts a plus), and PowerPoint
Strong oral and written communication skills necessary to interact with diverse groups of people, exchange information, and produce written correspondence
Ability to influence and negotiate individual and group decision making
Ability to maintain composure in high stress situations; handling multiple demands and demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing conditions
