Position Summary:



This position reports to the Clinical Manager. Oversees clinical staff in assigned office. Responsible for staff coaching, monitoring staff performance and providing feedback to the clinical manager.



Education:



High School Diploma or General Education (GED). Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent Dermatology training program.



Licensure/Certification:

• Medical Assistant certification through CMS recognized organization (AAMA, AMT, NHA) or Dermatolgy Technician certification. *Must be certified within 90 days of hire
• Current BLS certificaion

Required Work Experience:

• At least one- year of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting.
• Dermatology, ENT, and/or Allergy preferred.
• At least one-year of leadership experience highly preferred.
• Moh's Surgery experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



Must possess strong English oral and written communication skills.
