Works with project leadership to manage the production of communications pieces in accordance with the strategic plan. Develop and execute a comprehensive communications and marketing plan to promote the "Florida Together Now" Grant Program
Create and manage content for the program's website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other communication channels
Develop relationships with media outlets to secure coverage of the grant program
Work with external vendors to produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
Manage the program's brand and ensure all communications and marketing efforts are consistent with the program's messaging and tone
Identify and target key audiences for the program, including small business owners, non-profits, and community organizations
Collaborate with program team to develop messaging and communications strategies for program events and announcements
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communications and marketing efforts, using data to inform future strategies
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as marketing agencies or printing companies, as needed
Works closely with Event Coordinator and Photographer/Videographer to ensure that scheduled events are promoted through multiple methods and that event success is documented.
Works closely with Web Specialist to maintain an active Internet presence for the project, including Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms. Updates project website regularly to reflect event calendar and news, as well as health education information.
Works closely with Health Literacy Media to create communications for health education that are health literate and devised for a range of audiences in Florida. May also lead presentations of this material to public groups.

Expected Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
3+ years of experience in communications and marketing, preferably in a nonprofit or government setting
Strong understanding of communications and marketing best practices, including digital marketing and social media marketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling content
Experience managing communications and marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with data analysis and reporting preferred
