The Executive Education unit of Daniels College of Business is focused primarily but not exclusively on non-degree programs for business executives and other professionals. These programs consist of both customized programs for specific organizations and open enrollment, or public, programs. This unit is a stand-alone revenue center for Daniels and draws on full time and adjunct faculty from the College as well as external experts to meet the specific needs of the client and and/or audience. Position Summary
The University of Denver, Daniels College of Business seeks an Executive Director for Executive Education to provide strategic leadership; oversee the operations, marketing, program management, and business development; and assume responsibility for the quality, financial stability and profitability of the programs. Reporting to the Dean of the Daniels College of Business, the Executive Director is charged with creating and selling programs that enhance the reputation of the Daniels College of Business as a regional, national and international leader in Executive Education. This area represents a significant growth opportunity for the College, and the Executive Director will develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to this end. It is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking leader whose vision will help set Daniels apart as a leader in the continuing and executive education sectors.

Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is 16.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
