This medium size, Joint Commission certified hospital has over 350+ beds and offers inpatient and outpatient laboratory services including chemistry, blood bank, hematology, coagulation urinalysis and microbiology. This full-service  facility also offers pathology services including anatomic pathology, histology and cytology. The Hospital Laboratory Director will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be supported by Clinical Laboratory Managers. 

The Senior Administrator Laboratory Director will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Laboratory department including the outpatient and inpatient services at multiple locations. The Hospital Laboratory Director’s role will encompass patient satisfaction, quality improvement initiatives, implementing internal policies, ensuring regulatory compliance productivity and fiscal management. Travel to other sites may be necessary.
