The candidate for this critical role also uses critical thinking skills to resolve complex procedural situations & ability to handle emergency high stress situations during high risk procedures.



You Will Be Responsible For:



  • Exceptional Patient Care: The right candidate will comprehend radiology examinations and equipment operations.




  • Excellent Communicator: Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues, patients and family members.




  • Strong Educator: Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.


  • Technical Familiarity: Ability to perform examinations in an accurate and timely manner are also top priority.


  • Active Teamwork: Demonstrates problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication through teamwork.




Requirements:



  • Education Completion of Certified Radiology Technologist Program.


  • Licensure: Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in both Radiography. State licensure as a Radiographer. Registry eligible candidates have one year from date of hire to obtain the certification.


  • Experience: One year of experience working/student in a Radiologic Technologist capacity
