Job Description:

Our client, a healthcare technology company in Danvers, is seeking a Temporary to Hire Administrative Assistant to join the team. This position is responsible for coordinating activities in support of the Academic Research and Applied Science functions within the Medical Office. Core duties include organizing meetings, special events, arranging travel, completing expense reports, calendar management, running reports, updating documentation and communications, taking minutes, and supporting onboarding of new team members. This role is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and can pay 40-45/hour based on experience and 100k+ based on experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Schedule and help coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, teleconferences, Domestic/International travel and associated expense reports and documentation.
* Responsible to announce all new hires to cross-functional departments within two weeks of hire.
* Responsible for recognizing department birthdays, work anniversaries, and other significant milestones.
* Assist with special projects that require analysis, organization, tracking and research as assigned
* Make workspace arrangements for remote staff visiting the office
* Assist with formatting of MS Word and Power Point documents
* Document meeting minutes
* Ability to perform additional responsibilities as requested.

Job Qualifications:
* Associates degree or at least 2 years of related work experience desired
* Must be computer savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word, Excel, PPT and outlook required) and Adobe Acrobat
* Excellent organizational skills, outstanding attention to detail and sense of urgency
* Proven ability to manage confidential information with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional time management, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy and achieve deadlines under pressure
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment is essential
* Must be proactive and have admirable sense of follow-through
* Experience with documentation systems such as Veeva Vault, Concur Travel & Expense Management is preferred
* Experience in project management activities a plus
