The hospital offers many services to its patients including orthopedics, infusion center, cardiopulmonary, and many specialty clinics throughout the community. The Hospital ICU RN will report to the Manager of Critical Care. There will be multiple Charge Nurses who are able to provide assistance with any issues that arise. The ICU RN will have the opportunity to provide direct and indirect patient care in the Acute Care setting.

The ICU RN will be a part of a rewarding department. This nurse will have the opportunity to formulate a care plan based on identified needs and facilitates interventions and referrals as appropriate. They will also be able to effectively communicate identified needs and care plans with the multidisciplinary care team including providers, pharmacists, dieticians, social workers, case managers, and more. The ICU RN will also evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjusts the care plan accordingly.
