The Hospital Clinical Pharmacist will be joining a state-of-the-art, 250+ patient bed hospital that is home to numerous inpatient and outpatient medical specialties such as 24/7 emergency care, heart care, pregnancy and childbirth, surgical services, with an impressive inpatient and outpatient pharmacy located in Northern California. The Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with other pharmacy staff to assist in the development of staff education programs, analyze performance improvement initiatives, ensure patients receive safe and effective drug therapy, maintain all state and federal regulatory standards.

Qualifications for the ideal Hospital Pharmacist include the completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited pharmaceutical program with a license to practice in the state of California. Pharmaceutical inpatient experience will make for quick interviews.
