Description:

Nazareth Hospital, a member of the Mercy Health System located in Northeast Philadelphia, currently has a position available for a Unit Facilitator on our evening shift. Nazareth Hospital provides a full array of healthcare services including nationally certified stroke care, heart failure care and joint replacement.
Under direct supervision from the Professional Care Provider, the unit facilitator performs specific duties to provide service and comfort to patients and families in accordance with the Mission and Values of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic. Preference will be given to applicants who are pursuing higher education in the health care field.


Under direct supervision from the Professional Care Provider, the unit facilitator performs specific duties to provide service and comfort to patients and families in accordance with the Mission and Values of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic. The position requires BCLS, education equivalent to the completion of High School, Post High School education is preferred. Experience in a related position is preferred. Preference will be given to applicants who are pursuing higher education in the health care field.
