Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Planning for the Marketing Team including planning processes, planning communications, budget construction, business case construction and create connectivity with finance, HR, analytics, and commercial teams to integrate marketing planning and forecasting processes with the rest of the business.
Build and drive the operating cadences for the CMO, Marketing Leadership Team and the Marketing Team. Coordinate and streamline required inputs for presentations, lead presentation formats for executive forums and drive consistency and impact in how the Marketing Team show up in internal forums.
Drive accountability, transparency, and optimization of Marketing OPEX. Build a strong working partnership with our Finance Team to support the operationalizing and optimization of Marketing OPEX spend. Create the connectivity with Analytics to link spend to performance and oversee and package the outputs to support the reporting and accountability cadences of the business
Lead and deliver the internal Communications program from the Marketing Team and for the Marketing Team to share the work our marketers are putting to market, to create recognition and pride in achievements and to build culture and a feeling of connectivity across our globally dispersed team of 400 marketers
Deliver Chief of Staff support for the CMO including executive presentations, external presentations and by supporting key executive and cross functional deliverables for the marketing leadership team.
Partner with HR to drive effective workforce management and implementation of our People Programs to drive Engagement for our Team Members
Lead and coordinate Culture Initiatives for the Marketing Team
Provide thought leadership on opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence
