Demand Generation at Rust-Oleum is a strategically important function focused on telling compelling stories to achieve sales growth, brand affinity, and to build user connections that generate, nurture and drive measurable demand with DIY end users and professionals. Our hybrid work environment includes two (2) remote days/week.


The Associate Manager, Influencer Partnerships is a critical member of the Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation team who reports to the Director, Public Relations & Corporate Communications and is responsible for creating, building, maintaining and measuring influencer brand relations as well as overseeing an ongoing measurement of influencer performance. Responsibilities will include:

Influencer Partnerships:

  • Establish and grow regular communication with influencer partners
  • Actively source and negotiate new influencer partnerships
  • Leverage CreatorIQ to analyze influencer partner opportunities and measure success of campaigns
  • Create comprehensive influencer content calendar in coordination with overall content calendar and publishing strategy
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand communication blueprint and FTC guidelines
  • Coordinate affiliate data points and correlate with POS; set KPIs, track conversions and measure success of influencer program
  • Maintain influencer marketing budget
  • Negotiate contracts with influencers


  • 4+ years of digital advertising in social media and/or influencer marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
  • Experience using digital advertising/social media channels, tools, techniques and best practices for business
  • Experience analyzing marketing data and social analytics and identifying/communicating key insights
  • Working knowledge influencer, social listening and social publishing tools including social listening software; experience with CreatorIQ, Sprinklr and/or Brandwatch a plus
  • Working knowledge of web, search and social analytics tools; experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Pinterest Analytics a plus
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across a cross-functional team

Our hybrid work environment includes two (2) remote days/week.
