Job Description:


Kforce has a client seeking a remote IT Risk and Compliance Analyst II.


  • In this role, the IT Risk and Compliance Analyst will execute quarterly user access audits for SOX in scope application and tools

  • Run segregation of duties (SOD) reviews and work with business and audit to manage the SOD controls and related risks

  • Support SOX IT process controls in collaboration with business, internal audit, external audit

  • Work with complex set of compliance data to produce meaningful reports by leveraging data analytics tool

  • The IT Risk and Compliance Analyst will monitor and performs internal testing of IT controls to support internal and external audits

  • Develop plans to mitigate risks

  • Support audit walk through and data collection activities during yearly SOX 404

  • Clearly and concisely communicate plans, status, issues, risks, and requirements to ITR&C leadership

  • Identify controls automation opportunities and collaborate with IT for implementation

  • Increase the process effectiveness by identifying opportunities for new approaches

  • As an IT Risk and Compliance Analyst, you will work with internal audit, external audit and support the yearly, quarterly IT SOX audit requirement


  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics or business degree

  • Professional certifications (CISA or CISSP) are a huge plus

  • Experience with SOX readiness

  • Data analysis and visualization reporting (Knowledge of Tableau or Qlikview preferred)

  • Relevant IT Internal Audit, compliance experience at a top-tier consulting or technology company

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and planning skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
