Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst 1.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Business Intelligence Analyst will coordinate with Leads across strategic initiatives and projects related to Asset/Compliance/life cycle to optimize business performance


• Organize and prioritize key activities to facilitate efficient decision making in regards to performance, goals, and strategy


• Act as a horizontal liaison between the team and business partners by facilitating information flow


• The Business Intelligence Analyst will draft key communications (both Enterprise and Internally facing) in collaboration with UX team


• Support staff needs in their ability to efficiently track workforce headcount (Associate & NAL)


• Manage budgetary items (Project, NAL, GL), liaison with the PMO/Proj team to ensure appropriate usage of capitalization and hourly tracking


• Work with leadership to translate strategic objectives from business transformation initiatives into actionable plans and monitor execution of those plans


• Lead efforts to partner with leadership team to define and key performance indicators in order to monitor performance of business processes and gather key analytical insights


• As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will develop and oversee data analysis efforts to produce accurate, efficient, and timely data reporting models, ad-hoc reports, and internal reports for all functional areas within the team

• Microsoft Office (Excel) experience


• Project Management experience


• Budget/balance sheet experience


• Analytics experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
