Join Takeda as an HAE Regional Business Manager where you will lead franchise sales growth through execution of sales strategies; collaborate with Regional Business Director and multiple customer-facing team members to ensure patients are supported through their HAE journey; guide demand generation efforts through a focus on healthcare professionals. As part of the, HAE team, you will report to the Sr. Regional Business Director, HAE and work with third-party specialty pharmacies.

How you will contribute:


  • The HCPs are educated and informed on the product portfolio for Hereditary Angioedema patients.

  • This role requires daytime, evening and weekend activities, and the ability to manage through the complexity of the HAE marketplace (distribution, site of care).

  • You will work with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patients receive access to therapy.

  • You must compliantly follow all policies and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and exude Takeda values.

  • You will conduct patient and physician engagement on evenings and weekends, including the execution of Peer to Peer programming.

  • This is a role for someone who wants to participate in a culture that puts the patient at the center of all that we do.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Clinical sales background with a Bachelor of Science degree (minimum)7+ years of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare experience managing and being accountable for own business.

  • Knowledge of and/or experience in Immunology is desired.

  • Biotech experience desirable.

  • Specialty Pharmacy experience is encouraged.

  • Ability to work with multiple teams.

  • Achievement and compliance throughout career.

  • Demonstrated understanding of customers motivations and needs.

  • Knowledge of sales processes.

  • Background that showcases solid written and oral communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability of being organized as related to territory planning is required.

  • Displaying the ability to excel both in team and individual contributor settings.

  • Effective at acquiring, analyzing and interpreting customer data to create sales strategies.

  • Demonstrated change agility skills and experiences required.

  • Demonstrated results in influencing HCPs to prescribe, and launch experience desired.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

  • Able to travel 70% of the time, including ability to travel overnight and occasionally on weekends

  • Must have authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or rental.
