Job Title: Senior Manager, Supply Chain (SC) Performance Management & Data Analytics Lead
Location: Lexington, MA
About the role:
Reporting to Head of OpU SC systems, you will oversee monitoring of all OpU's Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics and results, working in collaboration with Global Supply Chain (GSC) Excellence team.
You will develop analytics tools such as dashboards and visualizations to support OpU's data driven decisions
You will provide advanced analytics to OpU partners such as OpU Leadership (LT) team by using & analyzing the complex data sets from multiple databases exist in Takeda Global and OpU level.
How you will contribute:
Primary contact of GSC Excellence team for all OpU's Measurements metrics, goal setting and result tracking/monitoring.
Lead the data collection, validation, and documentation activities for OpU's annual business plan (MRP/MYC) process
Create performance highlights for OpU LT Monthly Performance Dialogue (PD) meeting and analyzing all OpU's KPIs results and working with each region / function team to get their inputs and feedbacks before/after the meeting. Monitor key preventive and mitigation actions to improve the KPI results to achieve the annual goal.
Establish OpU KPI Dashboards, using master & transaction data collecting from Takeda Business Intelligence tools (Qlik and Power BI) and Databases (SAP/BW or EDB)
Create new analytics tools such as new visualization (graph or chart) tools and dashboards, based on the OpU's partners requirements.
Collaborate with SC systems and Master Data team for master and transactional data cleansing activity in OpU's using systems and databases
Provide advanced analytics to OpU LTs, using & analyzing the complex data sets from different databases (SAP/ECC/BW/APO/IBP or EDB)
Support capability building among OpU partners related to performance management & data analytics, by providing "fit for purpose" training, including new-joiner onboarding training.

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise
Proficient analytical skills
Experience with data models, databases, and data architecture with expertise in extracting, validating, cleansing, and analyzing large datasets
Demonstrated experience building user-friendly dashboards and analytics tools for data visualization.
Experience of BI tools (such as Qlik and Power BI), database systems (such as SAP/BW), ERP systems (such as SAP/ECC) with actual experiences using the tools/systems
(Preferred) Proficiency in database languages (such as SQL)
Work across departments, regions, and culture

What you bring to Takeda:
Minimum 8 Years Experience in Supply Chain Management/ Supply Chain IT Management and its important functions in Biopharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical or related industry.
Minimum 5 years' experience in the area of supply chain performance management and data analytics
Manage partners across levels and across departments
Analyze supply chain data to make process improvement decisions
Present ideas with conviction and confidence
Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time (domestic and international)

Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.
Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.
Work in a cold, wet environment.
Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.
Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.
