SUMMARY

The Manager, Information Technology (Data Trust and Enablement) performs role of an Enterprise partner by leading a cross functional team dedicated to ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data practices, policies, and standards both at a technical and functional level.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Continue to design and develop created Data Trust and Enablement roadmap and provide reporting to show progress
  • Define roles and responsibilities related to the Data Trust COE and ensure accountability for the stewardship and master data assets of the enterprise.
  • Serves as liaison between IT and Legal to protect sensitive and confidential data.
  • Develop and maintain inventory of the enterprise data.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of Data Protection, data quality standards across the enterprise.
  • Define the system and indicators of the quality and performance metrics and ensure compliance with data-related standards and policies.
  • Lead and coordinate with Senior leadership regarding Data Trust efforts specific to specific business units.
  • Resolve end-to-end issues regarding Data Governance that may arise throughout the company.
  • Eliminate redundancy and streamline external data sources.
  • Identify new business opportunities with the use of data assets to achieve efficiency and represent the data as an asset.
  • Acts as lead on aligning respective data sharing between company/vendors.
  • Partner with legal to ensure and support compliance with the existing and relevant data laws and adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Recommends the roles for Data Users, Owners and Stewards.
  • Budgets and plans for all future resource requirements.

  • Polished ability to communicate needs and direction in a clear, concise manner.
  • Ability to drive a discovery session with business. Including working a plan to deliverables, meeting with business partners to discuss and identify requirements.
  • Data and/or System subject matter expert
  • Data analytics, auditing, business process/operations systems modeling/data architect
  • Knowledge of Data warehouses, Master Data Management solutions to support operational business/enterprise
  • Knowledge of data privacy/security
  • Develop control structures to ensure data integrity
  • Assists org. in data security, access, retention, tools, methods to oversee data

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in the use of tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Education/Experience: BA/BS and eight to ten years of related experience

Work Environment: Hybrid Role - Remote work 2 days per week (After 90 Days Onboarding)

FLSA Status:Exempt

Salary Range: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $108,200 - $154,500. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.See our Careers landing page for additional information about our compensation and benefit programs.
