Description: Our client is currently seeking a Clinic Supervisor in the area of National City!! This would be for a full time role with a great healthcare organization in San Diego County!
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Supply and Inventory
Stored safely deliveries accounted for mitigate and order issue with vendors
Reduce supply cost
Maintenance and IT-service call, connect with vendors/Armyn buck-up routine
Ensuring all visits are checked out
Ensuring check-in/check out have appropriate forms stocked and updated as necessary
Reviewing reschedule/ no show/late cancellation and connecting with those patients/ Show rates
Reconciling all folders in SR faxes and voice messages/email Armyn-Mail but CC as back up
Assist in QA of phone calls by monitoring phone calls 1-2 per week 8 hours per week.
Assist with patient surveys (automated and or verbal
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma
Management or Supervisor Experience in healthcare
Spanish speaker
