Under limited supervision, oversee the design of new tools and modifications of existing tools that support the Customer Service department. They should be familiar with various tool platforms and their interdependencies. They will also need to understand how the tools are used by the Customer Service group and where they are common with Business Solutions.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000 - $140,00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
Research and development of new tools or modify existing tools to address business changes and/or to improve processes
Performs product design, systems analysis, and programming activities on customer service tools (applications and workbooks) which may require some research.
Analyzes tools programs and defines actions necessary to change logic functions
Coordinate new / modified tools across Customer Service departments to support success of implementation
Develop design specifications for new / modified tools
Develop test scripts and conducts unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits
Create detailed administration and operator documentation
Conduct any training that might be needed
If applicable, work with internal and external resources
Researches problems discovered by users and develops solutions to the problems
What We Are Looking For:
BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree. Certification may be required in some areas.
Proficiency in SAP S4/Hana. Specifically, knowledge in SAP programming using ABAP and Python in SAP
Proficiency in Excel. Specifically, knowledge in data modeling, combining data from various sources, power pivot, power query, and DAX is a plus.
It would be beneficial to understand SQL to help troubleshoot problems as well as develop design specifications for needed modifications. Experience with SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus.
Experience with Salesforce would be a plus.
This position will be a liaison to our internal teams for these tools and will need to gather information from the SAP IT team as well as SAP super users/SME's to assist the Business Analyst role for their development needs.

Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.
Ability to build and maintain the tools needed by Customer Service. Also be proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.)
