Job Highlights

 The Technical Services position will be part of a Technical Services team responsible for providing support to the largest glass and aluminum fabricator in North America. They will be working with sales, customer services, production, QC, and glazing contractors.  The position is based in Moorestown, New Jersey, near Philadelphia, and relocation is available for the right candidate.

Extensive training will be provided in all areas of the job which will include:

Technical Support

• Providing technical assistance to internal people and customers


• Providing product performance data and recommendations


• Providing technical training to sales, customer service, QC.

Quality Assurance Support

• Assisting with product quality issues in the plants and at jobsites


• Supporting insulating glass and safety glazing certification programs


• Performing quality audits at fabrication plants


• Evaluating materials/products performance and failures

What We’re Looking For

• Have good written and verbal communication skills


• Have a keen desire to learn


• Have experience with of MS WORD, XL and, PowerPoint


• Be capable of working independently


• Be able to travel to plants and meetings (estimated travel about 10%)


• Have computer and software literacy


• A degree in a technical field, but not required


• Minimum of 3 years of experience glass, glazing, sealant or construction industries, preferred but not required


• Have exposure to architectural drawings and specifications, but not required
